​We continually strive to promote a welcoming community environment for out members to grow and learn.  Part of how we achieve this goal is to provide a variety of fun workshops and seasonal challenges for members to come together and work towards common goals.

This 8 Week Workshop Series features weekly group meetings focusing on making behavioral changes toward adopting a Healthy Lifestyle.
Our seasonal Maintain Challenge is a team based program that incorporates weekly challenges from Halloween to New Year's to help members keep off those unwanted holiday pounds.
This Spring time challenge allows members to compete for big prizes while they drop weight and get in the best shape of their lives in time for the Summer season!
Our OCR Training Program is designed to help everyone from first timers to experienced racers build strength & stamina, as well as hone their OCR skills through coaching and practice on the most common race obstacles.
