OCR Training Program
Our program is designed to help everyone from first timers to experienced racers build strength & stamina, as well as hone their OCR skills through coaching and practice on the most common race obstacles.  
6 Week Workshop Includes:
  • A ​Weekly Coaching & Practice Session on the most common race obstacles
  • Running Program Packet
  • Nutrition & Recovery Packet

Cost is $99 for the program.
Workshop Dates
  • ​Workshop 1 - February 6th - March 17th
  • Workshop 2 - March 19th - April 28th
  • Workshop 3 - May 5th - June 9th
Weekly Coaching Session
