participant was 25.4 lbs.
• The top weight lost by a female 
participant was 18 lbs.

 As a whole, the 32 Rugged Fitness members that participated last year

  • All participants will weigh in at the beginning and the end of the competition.  Throughout the competition individuals will be scoring weekly points based on exercise and nutrition behaviors as well as weekly bonus challenges.  At the end of the competition the top 4 men and women in total points and total % body weight lost will be eligible to win the grand prize. The man and woman who have the highest combination of points and weight lost will be the winners and will each receive a $100 check and a Rugged Weight Loss medal. 
  • Sign Ups:  Registration for the Challenge will be from now until Wednesday March 9th. The program will officially begin on Monday March 14th. You can register before any group or private session or contact us to schedule a time to come in. The cost of $15 per participant will be collected when you come in to register. You will also be weighed in at that time (no shoes, empty pockets) and will be given all of the program handouts and information.
