8 Week Exercise & Nutrition Program
Designed To Teach You How To Lose Weight & Keep It Off!!

Program Features:
  • Weekly Group Workshop meetings and take-home activities to help you build strategies for long-term weight loss success.
  • Nutrition and Behavioral discussion topics to guide you in building your new healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life

Weekly Workshops Will Be Held:  Wethersfield - Tuesdays @6:30pm
                                                          Cheshire - Saturdays @11am

The cost for the 8 week program can be as little as $60!!
$110 initial fee with the chance to earn back $50 in gym credit.
​*Cost does not include Group or Private sessions.  
Participants must commit to 4 workouts/week while on the program.
