Not Your Average Group Fitness Studio
At a time when group fitness studios and CrossFit gyms are on practically every corner and "Big Box" gyms are offering Boot Camp style classes or personal trainers that have limited education or experience, it can be hard to figure out where to start or what to believe.  Additionally, achieving success at many of these places relies on you being able to adapt to a one-size-fits-all model of training that may or may not be appropriate for your needs.

At Rugged Fitness, we tailor a program specific to you from day one. Your first step in our process will be to meet one-on-one with a coach for a free Strategy Session in which we will discuss your goals and your background in health and fitness.  We will also conduct a Functional Movement Screen and establish a comprehensive plan for you to best utilize our system of group & private training.  This crucial step allows us teach you the proper techniques and variations for exercise both in and out of our sessions.

We continually strive to provide the most cutting edge strength and conditioning for all of our members and athletes.  All of our group programming is designed by our team of coaches that bring decades of combined experience in the industry. Whether you are training as part of our group program or one-on-one with one of our coaches, you can count on our team to provide the tools, the knowledge and the support for you to reach your goals.
