Starts by meeting with a professional coache to assess your individual needs and design a workout program tailored specifically to your goals can make propel you to a whole new level of health and fitness.  You will begin this process with a free Strategy Session in which your coach will discuss your goals and your experience in health and fitness, then take you through an FMS screen to identify your body's strengths and weaknesses. Your coach will use that information to determine the best path for you to reach your goals and discuss a training package to fit your needs. 


FMS Screening

The FMS (Functional Movement System) was developed by physical therapist and strength coach Gray Cook as a systematic tool to identify movement asymmetries or major limitations in functional movement patterns in the athletes he worked with. These issues result in movement inefficiency and compensations, which can lead to tissue overload (muscle strains) or lower work capacity. Correcting these imbalances is crucial in achieve goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, better performance and overall health. The FMS screen evaluates your ability to complete a series of 7 movements that make up basic human bio-mechanics and are the core foundation to human locomotion. We then utilize your scores on this screen to build you and individualized training program that addresses your needs as well as your goals to help you avoid injury and and maximize your results.
